The food is good but the I guess owner lady is extremely rude to one of her employees, whom I think is the best one, I think it’s a bit unprofessional to be rude to a worker in general, also LD is right I’ve honestly seen them too

My kids love the donuts here—they’re always a hit! However, the savory breakfast items have been disappointing lately. For months, the kolache breading has been dry, and the croissant sandwiches are often hard and overcooked. More concerning is the treatment of the staff. The lack of leadership is surprising for such a busy, successful business. The owners frequently speak to employees rudely, often yelling at them. It’s disheartening to see friendly staff treated more like servants than valued team members. This makes it difficult to recommend this place, despite the tasty donuts.

Got Donuts? was a solid stop for a late morning treat. We arrived around 10:30 AM on a Thursday and while the service was super attentive and friendly, the selection was already pretty picked over—no sprinkled donuts left, which was a bit of a bummer for the kids. That said, what we did get was fresh and tasty. The kolache was especially good—warm, flavorful, and generously filled. What really stood out was their drink selection. It was much more diverse than most donut shops—we were even able to grab a Bai water, which is a rare find and a nice touch for those avoiding sugary drinks. The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the items we tried. The shop was clean, easy to access, and located in a strip with plenty of parking. While we wish we’d arrived earlier for more donut variety, we’d definitely stop again—but next time we’ll go earlier to catch the full spread. If you’re in the area and want good donuts, kolaches, and quick, kind service, this place is definitely worth a visit.

Bo & Sy have the BEST customer service and not to mention the BEST donuts!!! Their so airy, light, sweet and just overall phenomenal!! I can't wait until they open their new location in Amarillo!! There is nothing like a fresh and hot donut! They know how to do it right! 😍🍩

I went here earlier this morning and got the jalapeno kolaches, and three different donuts; glazed, chocolate, and fruity pebbles. The kolaches are amazing, and the dough they use for the bread is delicious! Their donuts were pretty good too, honestly some of the best I've had. Although, the fruity pebbles one was far too sweet. Honestly, my suggestion is to put the fruity pebbles on plain glazed donuts. I ate half of it, and it was good, but they're not something that I could eat often.
